Emphasis on Quality

Our quality Department's goal is to assure that our products meet or exceed our customer's requirements at all times. We achieve this goal by providing support to production throughout the manufacturing process.

We work closely with our customers to identify the critical characteristics for each product. Thorough Pre-Production planning is then implemented. Written instructions, including process control plans, product quality sheets, and packaging instructions, are then developed for each product to effectively communicate our customer's specifications. Statistical techniques are used in all steps of production to document and evaluate our processes for continuous improvement.

The emphasis on quality permeates through all levels of our facility. Operators are key elements in monitoring the level of quality during the manufacturing process. Other components of our quality system include audit points at regular intervals to assure that customer requirements are being maintained. Constant communication with our customers enables us to respond to their needs in a timely and effective manner.
